Tim is upset when Jill derails his birthday plans to watch a NASCAR race by planning a surprise whitewater rafting trip with him, Al, Heidi, and Wilson. Tim whines and complains throughout the trip until Jill gets angry at him for not being upfront with her about not wanting to go on the trip. But when the group accidentally rafts into some treacherous rapids, everyone pulls together to make it through safely - and Tim winds up having a great time.
