Tim and Al partner up with former president Jimmy Carter to build houses for Habitat for Humanity. Jill wants to help out, but Tim forbids her, insisting that construction is men’s work and women are useless on a job site. Tim’s theory is put to the test when he and a group of pro football players try to build a house together while Al embarks on the same project with a group of female contractors. Predictably, Tim winds up humiliating himself, and must grudgingly acknowledge that women and men are equals.
