After Tim (Tim Allen) invites a group of karate experts onto Tool Time to demonstrate their board breaking skills, Mark (Taran Noah Smith) decides to start taking karate classes. But when his partner in class turns out to be a bully, Tim and Jill (Patricia Richardson) try to talk to the boy's mother - who turns out to be an even bigger bully. After she hits Tim in the head with her purse, he and Jill debate how to respond without setting a bad example for their son.
