Dave Douglas is an assistant DA assigned to defend a pharmaceutical company against someone who has set a fire to their facilities. However the pharmaceutical company is experimenting with an ancient Tibetan dog who, when escaped from its cage, bites Dave on the hand and turns him magically into a human – shaggy dog hybrid.
