Bob Vila wins a fan poll and is invited back to guest star on Tool Time once again. During his appearance, he challenges Tim (Tim Allen) to a lawnmower race for charity. Before the race, Tim installs a jet engine onto his lawnmower to give himself a competitive advantage. Meanwhile, Jill (Patricia Richardson) and Mark (Taran Noah Smith) play a prank on Brad and Randy after they make their little brother swallow a tadpole.
