Tim’s mother Lucille comes to Royal Oak for a visit, but Tim’s plans for quality time are derailed when she runs into his old shop teacher Mr. Leonard and winds up staying out all night with him. Tim is upset that Lucille didn’t make time for him, and she counters that whenever they do spend time together he’s never interested in having a serious conversation with her. After consulting with Al and Wilson, Tim apologizes to Lucille for not being more genuine with her.
